A CASA TUTTO BENE!

L’emergenza sanitaria in corso in Italia e nel resto del mondo sta brutalmente mettendo a nudo le falle del sistema neoliberista in cui ci troviamo. La sanità sempre più privatizzata, l’assenza di sicurezza nei posti di lavoro, la violenza domestica, gli immigrati senza permesso di soggiorno e i lavoratori in nero completamente ignorati dalle istituzioni, l’assenza di case.

Il nostro quartiere è da sempre in emergenza, un'emergenza che ben poco ha a che vedere col Coronavirus. Da un lato il Comune e le forze dell’ordine hanno represso tanti cittadini che una casa non ce l’hanno intervenendo con lo sgombero di alcune tende da parte della Dusty, dall’altro lato adesso indossano la maschera del perbenismo distribuendo pasti caldi e mascherine.

Il nostro operato non si ferma durante queste settimane di paura e solitudine cercando nel nostro piccolo di aiutare con spesa e farmaci e assitenza legale telefonica, vedi il volantino.

“Stiamo a casa per la salute di tutti" è giusto; però ricordiamo tutti che, in bocca a certi personaggi, è un privilegio di classe!”

ENGLISH VERSION

The sanitary emergency that's going on in Italy and worldwide is laying bare the flaws of the neoliberalist system people are living in. The healthcare has been more and more privatized, workplaces lack safety for people, domestic violence is common, the institutions don't care at all about immigrants and undocumented workers, there're no enough houses available for people to live in. San Berillo, our neighbourhood, it has ever been in a situation of emergency, different from Coronavirus, and it doesn't end today. On one side, the Municipality and the police have been always oppressing many homeless citizens, for example by taking apart people's tents in San Berillo with complicity from Dusty company. On the other side, now they try to look respectable by distributing meals and masks. These weeks, full of fear and loneliness, don't stop us. We try, as much as it's possible right now, to be helpful with free assistance in grocery and medicine shopping and with legal assistance provided by phone, see the flyer.

"Let's stay home for everybody's safety" is right, nevertheless, we all must remember that the same slogan, when is used by some hypocrites, is just a priviledge!
